Commercial drivers need a current DOT medical certificate to stay on the road. Our certified medical examiner is listed on the FMCSA National Registry and performs the full exam: vision, hearing, blood pressure, and a urinalysis. When you qualify, you leave with your medical card.

Valid driver's license
Glasses, contacts, or hearing aids if you use them for driving
A complete list of current medications, dosages, and prescribing providers
CPAP compliance report if you are treated for sleep apnea
Recent Hemoglobin A1c result if you have diabetes
Specialist clearance letters for any heart, vision, or other monitored conditions
Relevant medical records for ongoing conditions
How a visit works.
Book your visit

Come in with your ID
Bring a photo ID and anything we asked for when you booked. Most visits are short.
We handle the rest
We complete the exam, the paperwork, and send results where they need to go.
Turnaround
Exams take about 30 minutes and qualified drivers leave with the card in hand. Schedule at least two weeks before your current certificate expires in case extra documentation is needed.

Will I get my card the same day?
In most cases, yes. If you qualify, we issue your medical certificate at the end of the visit.
What if I have a condition that needs a specialist?
Bring the specialist's completed form and we can usually finish the certification. If something is missing, we will tell you exactly what you need.
